The Journey Never Stops 

It can be a challenge gathering family history, documents and memories for ancestors that have passed on before you were born.   What can you do?  Here’s a suggestion….Visit the cemetery where they are buried.  Seek out their obituary through local newspapers which can reveal stories or connections that are new to you.  Perhaps visit the funeral home that buried them.  There are records there too.  And while you are traveling, stop by the library for further research!  There you will find city directories and maps.  But remember, this information can only be found when you journey to new places … crossing over bridges, mountains and rivers to find your family connections. So take the trip!
