Don’t Forget your 2nd Cousins

When it comes to 2nd cousins … where are they in the mix of relatives?  2nd cousins are extended family.  Think of them as sharing with you a set of great grand parents but not grand parents. So go back to the brothers and sisters of your grand parents (siblings) and follow their children in the ancestral chart.  Their children’s children are your 2nd cousins.  Translated … that means you have 4 sets of great grand parents and a number of great uncles and Aunts and a whole swarm of 2nd cousins out there. Is anybody’s genealogy ever done?  Look at the chart flyers to get a pictorial view.
